How to celebrate Mothers’ Day away from each other

How to celebrate Mothers’ Day away from each other

If for any reason you can’t be with your mom on Mothers’ Day, use technology to your advantage. If a visit, a date, or a family meal together is not possible right now, that’s okay. It’s not the end of the world.

There are many means to express your thoughtfulness and love for your momma. Why not go old school and mail her a letter? It’s a delightful surprise that she probably misses a lot. If that’s not your kind of thing, well, why not make a video especially for her?

Explore different options, but bear in mind her safety, comfort, and convenience should be top priority too. The bottomline is, don’t make excuses. Don’t be sloppy. Mothers’ Day comes around once a year. You’re lucky to have your mom today, so make the occasion count.

After all is said and done, Mothers’ Day is the best time to remind your mom: “To the world you may be just one person, but to me, you are my world.”

Happy Mothers’ Day!
